These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Nira Web Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for one of our plans or by using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
We design, build, and maintain websites for local service businesses. The specific work included depends on the plan you sign up for (Starter, Website + Reviews, or Growth Local SEO). A summary of each plan is on our pricing page.
Our published monthly prices are billed automatically, in advance, on a recurring basis. We accept major credit and debit cards through a third-party payment processor.
Some projects include a one-time setup fee. If a setup fee applies to your project, we'll quote it clearly before any work begins. Setup fees are typically due before we start the build.
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. There are no long-term contracts. To cancel, email us at contact@niraweblabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll have access through the period you've already paid for.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of monthly plans or for setup fees once work has begun. If you have a billing issue or were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
To make the work go smoothly, you agree to:
If we're held up because we're waiting on you, your project timeline may shift accordingly.
You own your domain name, your business content (text, photos, logos, brand assets), and the published version of the website we build for you on your active plan. If you cancel, we'll provide a clean export of your site's content so you can move it elsewhere.
We retain ownership of the underlying templates, code patterns, design systems, and tools we use to build websites. These are licensed to you for the duration of your active plan.
Hosting is included in every monthly plan. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers, internet service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Monthly plans include a reasonable amount of small edits and support requests. We define "reasonable" as the kinds of changes a typical local business needs each month — text updates, new photos, hours, seasonal content, small additions. Larger projects (full redesigns, new feature builds, custom integrations) may be quoted separately.
You agree not to use our services for anything illegal or harmful, including (but not limited to):
If your account is used for any of the above, we may suspend or terminate your service.
You can cancel anytime as described above. We can also end services with 30 days' notice for any reason, or immediately if you violate these Terms. If we end services, you'll receive a prorated refund of any prepaid amounts beyond the date of termination.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nira Web Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from your website, including search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. We do our best work, but search engines and customer behavior are outside our control.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for active customers, notify you by email. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
